For the making of the Assassin’s Creed pillow! I spent about 18 hours in Jo-Ann’s Fabric’s today trying to decide whether or not the creed should be done in red or gray - it didn’t help that my notoriousness for being cheap came into play when I realized I didn’t have a smart phone to look it up.

The fabric store I was in only offered a dark gray fleece, which wouldn’t have been the appropriate color. So I decided to go with red.

I’m currently working on a Unity Engine pillow for my buddy, but it should only take me a few more minutes, so stay tuned!

Ever since I got myelf a sewing machine (finally), I have been in a sewing crazy mode. Like the decal for my car, it was also inevitable that I was going to make myself a Skyrim (and Photoshop/Dreamweaver) pillow, as well as pillows from some of my other favorite games.

With that being said, I had posted the Skryim one on the Elder Scrolls facebook and its been getting some attention, hence the creation of this blog. I would love nothing more than to create and sell these pillows to other fellow gamers because let’s face it, there’s nothing hotter than sleeping with your favorite game.

Colors are pretty much up to you, unless you wish me to pick for you (which is totally fine). There are some limitations in the color of fabric I can get, but we can discuss that through email if that problem arises. Being a graphic/web designer, I will most likely give you color suggestions if I’m familiar with the video game you’re requesting, especially if you tell me you would like pink pillow with a yellow Skyrim logo on it something (but at the end of the day, it is up to you - just don’t come crying to me when your friends start having second thoughts about your masculinity).

[ P A Y M E N T ]
My most preferred method of payment is through PayPal. This is the easiest and safest way to pay without having to worry about any issues or hassles from either party. If you do not have a Paypal, it does not cost you anything to sign up for one.

When sending a payment, make sure you send it as a gift! This makes it so PayPal does not take any fees out and allows me to feed myself.

Turn your car/laptop/whatever into a badass [geeky vinyl decals]

So I’ve had a die-cutting machine for a year or so now and I just LOVE working with vinyl. I cannot wait to have my own place so I can vinyl the crap out of it.

With that being said, it was inevitable that it was only a matter of time until I made myself a Skyrim window decal for my car (who I call Shadowmere). And I did. And it’s badass.

I also made a smaller one for my laptop, which automatically makes it superior to all other laptops. And faster.

You pick any picture/logo/character/etc from any game, which I will redraw myself and turn into a decal. Please be sure to include the picture you would like me to use in your email to me.

THE DETAILS

[ S I Z E ]
You get to choose what size you want your geeky decal to be. Keep in mind that they cannot be wider than 8.5 inches due to width restrictions on my die-cutting machine.

Note: Because my machine can, however, cut things up to 12 feet in length, width is usually not a problem as long as I flip the image in the machine’s computer program. With that being said, I could make some rather LARGE wall decals for your home by cutting the decal in parts - if this is something you’re interested in, let me know and we’ll talk. It will cost extra due to the amount of vinyl you’ll need.

[ M A T E R I A L ]
These decals are made from Oracal vinyl with a golssy (or matte depending on the color) finish, are water-proof, and fade resistant. They can be placed on almost any surface and removed with ease when no longer needed. Re-using the decal is sometimes possible if removed carefully and correctly, but this doesn’t always work.

[ C O L O R ]
Decals are offered in any of the colors listed on my “color chart” image, which can be found here - [link]. All colors, except for black and white, usually need to be special ordered because they aren’t as popular - so expect a few days of delay when ordering your decal from me because I’ll need to order the vinyl.

Black and white come in a matte finish (non shiny) while the rest of the colors are glossy (shiny). I am able to get most of the colors on matte finish if this is something you must have, but they are recommended for indoor use. Be sure to let me know if you’re looking for matte finish in your email, otherwise I will assume you’ll want glossy.

Please specify a color within your email notes. If no color is specified, the decal will come in white.

CUSTOM DRAWN DECAL

If you have something you cannot find on the internet, or even something not video game related (like a pet, character you made up, etc) please do not hesitate to contact me. I am a professional illustrator, so custom drawing something for you is definitely something I can do. It will, however, cost extra. Don't mind the pink

I attempted to scroll through the CSS of this Tumblr theme to change the shitty pink tags on the side of every post, but I realized I was way too lazy to do that. Considering I’ll be starting the design for the actual website tomorrow, I figured I could handle the shame for now (pink, next to red, is my least favorite color).

Anyway, my next post will be about the shit I make and how to get it, so stay tuned.
